As employee benefit costs increase, so does the paperwork associated with enrolling your new hires into various benefit plans.

Our services are designed to make processing new hires onto your benefit plans simple and straightforward.

Our service begins with the BeneSource® Hotline. (See BeneSource® Hotline) When employees have questions about enrollment materials, they can call trained, knowledgeable multi-lingual benefit specialists. Administrative problems can be avoided when employees have someone to call to get their questions answered before enrollment forms are filed.

When we receive the enrollment information, we perform the following tasks:

  • Confirm the employee is eligible for the plans selected.

  • Check form for completeness and accuracy.

  • Confirm that all necessary documentation for dependents is submitted; for example, birth certificate, marriage certificate, full-time student verification, etc.

  • Mail enrollment confirmation forms, as required.

  • Enter employee demographic information in our BeneSource® Database.

  • Notify all insurance carriers and benefit providers of employee enrollment selections.

  • Notify your payroll department regarding required employee payroll deduction, if applicable.

  • For health care plans, mail the COBRA Initial Notification to each participant.

The end result:

  • You are relieved of burdensome administrative work.

  • Employees are assured of the correct answer to all their questions.

  • Employees are enrolled in their plan of choice.
